Mrs E Ayres

Hello, my name is Mrs Ayres. I started in November 2022 as a School Support Officer based in the office at George Street School.

After previously working in the Banking Sector and NHS I decided to make a change and join the Education workforce. Having spent time in various schools during my college years I knew a school setting was the place for me.

Attendance is a big part of my role, if you call to report your child absent it’s probably me you’re speaking to. My main aim is to help the school achieve its target of 95% attendance, I bring enthusiasm and creativity to attendance campaigns to engage pupils and parents to help us reach our goal.

I am always happy to help parents and pupils with any questions or concerns.
