Miss Woods 

Hi, I’m Miss Woods. I joined the George Street team in 2017 and love working within the fantastic Foundation Phase team!  

I love the diverse role and the range of challenges my job presents- every day is never the same! My favourite part of my job is when ‘the penny drops’ and learners say,  ”Ah! I get it now Miss!”. I particularly enjoy teaching Welsh and literacy and am passionate to ensure all children are appropriately challenged to achieve their very best. I have the additional responsibility Lead of Inclusion, a role I enjoy very much.

My spare time is mostly filled with looking after my little boys and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy going out for a run and spending time outside in the sunshine and fresh air.
