Miss Williams

I am Miss Williams, or ‘Miss W’, as I am better known. 

Having joined George Street in September 2021, I am proud to be part of such a dedicated and forward-thinking team, especially during such an exciting time for education in Wales! 

Prior to my to my time at George Street I have gained vast experience teaching across the phases, from nursery to year 6, as well as running community-based music and movement classes for under-5s. 

My role as Reception teacher at George Street is fun-filled, busy, and extremely rewarding. I can honestly say that I love my job!

I particularly enjoy nurturing positive relationships with our children in order to instil a love of learning, and developing children’s independence and confidence through authentic, play-based learning opportunities. 

In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, attending concerts and theatre productions, taking walks by the coast, and having fun with my son.
