Mrs Hemms

Hello, my name is Mrs Hemms, this year I am teaching assistant in Nurture.

I have worked in education since 2003; being in George Street since 2014.

I have worked in all areas of Foundation, where it is a joy to see children grow and flourish into individuals.

As part of the Nurture team, I am extremely passionate in the emotional, nurturing and social side of this role, in supporting children who find certain aspects of their life challenging.

I work with a fabulous team, who are dedicated and enthusiastic which allows for an excellent learning environment.

I am married with 2 children and a nanny to my beautiful grandson. We also have a cat called Paul.

As a family, we spend as much time in France as possible, where I enjoy playing boules, and generally enjoying French life.
