Mrs Jones

Hello! My name is Mrs Jones, I work as a Learning Supporting Assistant in Reception which I find very fulfilling. I help children proudly learn new skills and explore their talents.

I started as a volunteer in George Street in 2008.  I was delighted when I successfully gained full time employment in 2011. Throughout my time I have worked in Nursery and Key Stage 2.

I am most passionate about working with children who sometimes find learning difficult and lack confidence. I love to see their faces when they have that eureka moment! I always encourage children to have confidence and demonstrate a ‘have-a-go’ attitude.

Outside of my school life, I enjoy watching my grown up children in their sporting activities and achieving their goals.  Through watching my children I have been inspired to keep fit myself by doing cycling and Pilates.  When I find a quiet moment I like to relax with a good book!
